Refund Policy

Check the product catalog and the relevant product page for current purchase availability. This page explains the boundary between our free planning content and an order placed with a separately identified merchant.

Current purchase status

Reading an overview, using a free calculator or viewing a teaching report is not a paid purchase. A planned model or unavailable workbook does not create an order or entitlement to a download. Check the availability stated on the relevant page.

FinModel Atlas does not currently take payment through this website. Do not send card numbers, bank details or payment credentials through the contact form.

If you have an order from a separate store

Use the seller and support details on your order confirmation or receipt. That merchant handles its payment, delivery and refund process. A Shopify-powered checkout is a platform, not proof that Shopify itself is the seller.

For support, provide the order reference, product name, purchase email and a short description of the problem to the merchant's official support channel. Do not attach a private workbook, full card details or session credentials. If you need help identifying the right contact, use the contact form; we do not automatically have access to another store's orders or the ability to issue its refunds.

Before a purchase

Check the product catalog and the relevant product page for current availability. Before purchasing, review the merchant identity, price and currency, file/delivery description, licence, supported software and cancellation/refund terms before paying. The specific offer must make clear what is available; a financial-planning article alone is not a product specification.

Questions about a missing download, a misdescribed item or a technical defect should be raised with the seller using the order details. This page does not set a refund deadline, promise an approval or impose a blanket refusal for digital products.

Mandatory consumer rights remain

Where consumer law applies, its non-waivable rights and remedies remain available even if a merchant's policy is more restrictive. Cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content depend on the applicable law and circumstances.

For EU purchases covered by those rules, the official withdrawal guidance explains conditions and exceptions, including digital delivery after express agreement. The EU's digital-content guarantee guidance describes remedies for non-conforming content. These references do not create a universal refund window or select a jurisdiction for every customer.
