Financial Disclaimer

FinModel Atlas helps you examine financial assumptions. Its content, calculators and workbook checks do not establish that a plan, investment or spreadsheet is financially correct or suitable for you.

Educational information, with context

Articles, overviews, examples and tool outputs are general information for learning and planning. They are not personalised investment, financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and do not create a professional advisory engagement.

Consider your own circumstances and obtain appropriate independent professional advice where needed before a material financial or business decision. No score, example, model description or forecast promises a return, funding approval, business outcome or protection from loss.

Assumptions are not reported results

Illustrative figures and scenarios show how a method works; they are not a statement of a company's actual results or a market benchmark. Forecasts depend on assumptions about revenue, costs, cash timing, reinvestment and valuation. Changing the period, units or drivers can change the result materially.

When company information is provided, read its stated period and linked source. A forecast is separate from reported actuals. Publication on this site does not make a figure a live market price or guarantee that it reflects a later filing or event.

Calculator limits

Review each calculator's method, inputs, units and limitations. A break-even calculation, annual forecast or DCF scenario addresses a defined question; it does not represent every constraint, financing condition, risk or possible outcome of a real business.

Check entered data and calculations before reusing them. Software and source information can be incomplete or contain errors. A result should be a starting point for review, not the sole basis for a decision.

What a workbook check can establish

Model Auditor inspects supported saved XLSX structures, such as references, saved Excel errors, defined names and calculation settings. It does not recalculate Excel, run macros or verify all financial relationships and assumptions.

A high score is not an audit opinion, assurance engagement, financial-health rating or certification. A low score or finding calls for investigation; it does not independently establish fraud or a wrong business decision. Read coverage limitations and inspect the captured details in an available PDF.

Materials, compatibility and external services

Read the actual availability and specification beside each page or offer. An overview does not promise a workbook, sample, download, tested Excel version or supported feature unless those are explicitly available and stated.

Third-party company names and source links identify the subject or evidence; they do not by themselves state endorsement. External sites and merchant checkout have their own information and terms.

Corrections and rights

If you spot an error, send the page URL, the statement or calculation concerned and a short explanation through the contact page. Do not send a confidential workbook or private report link to demonstrate it.
